Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing with HollyEdwardsTextiles. By purchasing with HollyEdwardsTextiles you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

I, Holly Edwards am the data controller of your personal information relating to my sales. When you place an order either through messaging me directly or through my website I will receive your name, email address (for PayPal invoicing) your address and any other personal information relating to your order E.g. your child's name. These details will only be used to process your order.

The only circumstances in which I will share this information is to produce a PayPal invoice, to process delivery (royal mail/hermes) or to comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services.

Details which you choose to give me over messenger (Instagram, Facebook, email) are kept on these accounts, password protected which only I, Holly Edwards am aware of. 

I will generally keep your data for no more than seven years. 

You have the right to know what data I hold about you or to ask for the data to be deleted or changed. 

If you pay through PayPal your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy.

Photos - photographs which I, Holly Edwards share on social media of children, I attain written permission to share these photographs each time I wish to share one.

Products

All items in the online shop are handmade to order therefore when placing an order your item may look slightly different from the picture due to lighting and screen resolution – however I will always match their likeness as much as possible.

All products are designed by HollyEdwardsTextiles and are all cut and stitched by hand and sewing machine.

Do not leave children alone with the crowns and badges due to small parts and choking hazards.

Orders

Orders are accepted through this website or through email hollyedwardstextiles@gmail.com only. Please check when stating requirements for your orders they are correct as once payment is received you can only change those requirements within 24hours, after that, your order would have been started.

Emails will be replied to within 24hours unless stated out of office on social media (Instagram/Facebook)

Payment

Paypal is our main payment method – you can pay with your paypal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card you don’t need to have an account with paypal to purchase. If you cannot pay through paypal please send me an email.

Please make sure when paying your address details are completely correct. HollyEdwardsTextiles will not take any responsibly for lost packages due to an incorrect address.

Shipping

We always aim to dispatch your items within 14days from payment – however during busy periods this may rise. Please check on social media for latest turnaround times or send me a message!

Please note that all postage costs include packaging.

HollyEdwardsTextiles posts via Royal Mail  1st/2nd class standard and Royal Mail 1st/2nd class signed for.

HollyEdwardsTextiles advises choosing signed for on all orders over £20 or orders needed on a specific date close to the shipping date.

Any lost/damaged/faulty/not fit for purpose items will either be replaced or refunded (you may be asked to provide photos) but will be resolved on a case by case basis. All these parcels will be dealt with through email hollyedwardstextiles@gmail.com

If you need your item by a specific date please send me a message before purchasing to make sure I can get the product to you in time.

If you parcel has been signed for HollyEdwardsTextiles is not responsible for replacing your item should it be classed as lost.

Returns and cancellations

Here at HollyEdwardsTextiles we ensure all our products are checked before being packaged to make sure they are of a high standard and to your specific requirements however we do make mistakes and if you item is not to your requirements please contact us and your issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis through email.

Once payment has been received your order will be started therefore cannot be cancelled or changed after 24hours.

I do not accept returns as items are made to order unless you item is not fit for purpose or your requirements were not met. Returns address can be attained via email. You are responsible for your returns parcel until it arrives so please make sure it is packaged and sent appropriately. HollyEdwardsTextiles will not be responsible for lost returns parcels.

 

If you have any issues with your order please don’t hesitate to contact me via email and I will always try my very best to resolve your issue to ensure you are a very happy customer. I will try to resolve your matter as soon as I can.

Workshop Info/Cancellation policy

All workshops with children under 18+ must be accompanied with a parent/carer at all times.
Message me on social media or email me to book in for a workshop. Dates are given out and it’s first come first served due to the nature of the work - once a date is confirmed you have 7days to pay your non refundable deposit to secure it. 

Weekdays, evening or weekends booking available. This also applies to all zoom (online) workshops. 

No big groups, it’s all 1-1 or small groups of three friends/family.

 

You will be asked to pay a £10 non refundable deposit which will secure your booking and this date is yours and will not be given to anyone else. You are welcome to pay half/full for your workshop prior (£10 of that is non refundable should you cancel) via bank transfer, paypal, cash, cash machine. 

If you cancel with more than 24hours notice until your start time you will receive a full refund (if you have paid more than the deposit). If you wish to cancel you are welcome to reschedule but you will be asked for a further £10 non refundable deposit as it 
is highly unlikely I can fill a spot should you cancel at short notice. 


All workshops are planned and tailored specifically to you at least a week before but I do understand cancellations are not something we can't avoid, if possible, give me plenty notice.
