The Ted & Tilly Adventures

Story time sessions - Ted and Holly visit many schools, nurseries, groups, and community events holding interactive story times. Holly will bring along her big handmade story bag full of props to help tell the stories. These sessions are interactive and last 30/45minutes and all the children will have the chance to meet the star of the stories. Fully insured and DBS checked. The Ted & Tilly Adventures is a series of short stories written and illustrated by Holly herself. As well as all her handmade birthday and home items she writes short stories for children based on her two rescue dogs.

Ted is a Bichon Poodle X and has curly black hair - he also wears a red bandana with a ‘T’ on it. Tilly is a Yorkshire terrier - she has brown straight hair. Their favourite things are playing in the garden with their other doggy friends, cuddling up together in front of the fire and going on long walks but they most certainly do not like having baths!

By using specialist textile techniques such as lino cut, appliqué and free machine embroidery, Ted & Tilly will share their adventures with you! So far their adventures include: flying high in a hot air balloon, helping Mum with the gardening, hiding in the garden and their newest adventure..off to the beach!

These books are suitable for both boys and girls aged between 2-7 years. For younger ages the stories can be read to them. These books are for sale on my online shop!

Holly is always writing new stories about their adventures and as well as books she also makes these adventures into bookmarks, story cushions, story lampshades and other bedroom interior items.
